Full Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The complete terms governing WilderGoat prize draws, entries, eligibility, draw process, winner checks, prizes, refunds and complaints.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern prize draws and competitions
operated by WilderGoat Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales
with company number 17153757 and registered office at Field Head,
Langthorpe, YO51 9BZ (“WilderGoat”, “the Promoter”, “we”, “us” or
“our”).
By creating an account, submitting an entry or otherwise taking part
in a promotion on www.wildergoat.co.uk (“Website”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the specific details
published on the relevant prize draw page (“Specific Terms”).
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Specific Terms
for a particular prize draw, the Specific Terms will take precedence
for that prize draw.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will not
materially affect entries already submitted into an active prize draw
unless required by law or necessary to protect fairness, security or the
proper administration of the competition.
If you require these Terms in an alternative format, such as large
print, please contact info@wildergoat.co.uk and we will endeavour to
assist.

added to the relevant competition before the draw where they meet these
Terms.
5.6 All entries become the property of WilderGoat

draw will be stated on the relevant draw page.
6.2 The Promoter may also set a maximum number of
entries per person, per household or per draw where stated in the
Specific Terms.
6.3 Attempts to exceed the stated entry limits may
result in associated entries being voided and, where applicable, the
prize being redrawn.
6.4 Once the overall entry cap is reached, no
further entries will be accepted.
6.5 Unless stated otherwise, each entrant may win
only one prize per draw.

the draw, the Promoter may void the affected result and re-run the draw

period.

and not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated in the Specific
Terms.

outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a
prize of equal or greater value.

inability to accept or use a prize.
11.6 The winner must follow all safety instructions,
manufacturer guidance and applicable laws relating to the prize.

delivered to or collected by the winner.

delivery or collection.
12.4 Storage beyond 30 days may incur reasonable
storage fees payable by the winner, provided the winner has been
notified in advance.

delivery or collection arrangements, the prize may be forfeited and a
new winner may be selected.

and may refuse entries where it reasonably believes participation may be
harmful, irresponsible or contrary to these Terms.

Full Refund & Cancellation Policy
The complete refund and cancellation wording, including change of mind, cancellation, suspension, invalid entries, postal entries and refund reviews.
1. Purpose of this policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for entries into WilderGoat competitions. It should be read alongside the WilderGoat Prize Competition Terms and Conditions and the specific terms shown on each competition page.
By entering a WilderGoat competition, you agree that your entry will be submitted into the relevant competition once payment has been completed or, for a postal entry, once the entry has been validated and added to the draw.
2. General position on refunds
Entry fees are not normally refundable once an entry has been
submitted, unless the competition is cancelled by WilderGoat or a refund
is required by law.
This is because entries are processed for a specific competition and,
once accepted, form part of the administration of that competition and
the relevant draw process.
Free postal entries do not involve an entry fee, so no entry-fee
refund is payable for postal entries.
3. Customer change of mind
Once a paid entry has been submitted, you cannot normally cancel, withdraw or amend that entry simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong competition, selected the wrong number of entries, or no longer wish to take part.
You are responsible for checking the competition details, entry quantity, price, closing date, delivery restrictions and any applicable question or answer before completing your entry.
4. Competition cancellation by WilderGoat
WilderGoat may cancel a competition before the draw takes place where it is necessary to do so because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, technical failure, suspected fraud, attempted fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, supplier issues, or any issue affecting the fairness, integrity or proper administration of the competition.
If WilderGoat cancels a competition before the draw takes place, paid entries for that competition will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
WilderGoat will aim to process any refund due within 14 days of confirming that the competition has been cancelled, but processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
5. Competition suspension or delay
WilderGoat may temporarily suspend a competition where needed to investigate a technical, payment, fraud, legal, operational or fairness issue.
Where a competition is suspended or delayed, WilderGoat may decide to continue the competition, redraw, amend administrative arrangements, cancel the competition, or take another reasonable step to protect entrants and the integrity of the draw.
A suspension or reasonable delay does not automatically create a right to a refund unless WilderGoat cancels the competition or a refund is required by law.
6. Closing dates and early closure
Each competition will close on the closing date and time stated on the Website, unless the maximum number of entries is reached earlier or unless a change is required to protect fairness, security or the proper administration of the competition.
WilderGoat will not extend a competition simply to sell more entries.
If a competition closes early because the maximum number of entries has been reached, this does not create a right to a refund for valid entries already submitted.
7. Invalid entries and disqualification
No refund will be given where an entry is voided or an entrant is disqualified because they have breached the Terms and Conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to, fraud or attempted fraud, use of multiple accounts, identity misuse, abusive behaviour, automated or scripted entries, attempts to manipulate the Website or competition, or attempts to exceed the maximum entry limit.
Where an entry is invalid because of a genuine technical or administrative issue caused by WilderGoat, WilderGoat may either correct the issue, add the valid entry to the draw, or issue a refund where appropriate.
8. Incorrect details entered by the customer
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, payment and entry details.
WilderGoat is not responsible for missed notifications, failed delivery arrangements, invalid entries or prize fulfilment issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated details provided by the entrant.
If you notice an error in your account or contact details, you should contact WilderGoat as soon as possible.
9. Prize unavailable or changed
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside WilderGoat’s reasonable control, WilderGoat may substitute the prize with a reasonable equivalent prize of equal or greater value.
A prize substitution does not automatically create a right to a refund, provided the substitute prize is a reasonable equivalent and the competition remains fair.
If WilderGoat cannot provide the advertised prize or a reasonable equivalent, WilderGoat may cancel the competition and refund paid entries for that competition.
10. Payment problems, duplicate payments and chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged for an entry that did not appear in your account, contact WilderGoat as soon as possible with your name, account email, order number and payment reference if available.
Where WilderGoat confirms that a duplicate or erroneous payment has been taken, WilderGoat will refund the duplicate or erroneous payment using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving valid entries, WilderGoat may suspend the relevant entries and/or account while the issue is investigated.
11. Postal entries
Postal entries are free to enter, except for the normal cost of
postage. WilderGoat does not refund postage costs, postal costs, stationery, delivery services or any other costs associated
with sending a postal entry.
WilderGoat is not responsible for postal delays, lost post, damaged post, incomplete postal entries or postal entries received after the competition’s published closing date and time.
Valid postal entries will be treated in the same way as valid paid
entries once accepted into the relevant draw.
12. How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, contact WilderGoat at info@wildergoat.co.uk and include your full name, account email address, competition name, order number if available, payment date and a clear explanation of why you believe a refund is due.
WilderGoat may ask for additional information to verify your request.
WilderGoat will review refund requests fairly and in line with this policy, the Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.
13. Refund method
